Our Story
El Cuervo Bar opened its doors on Lyons Avenue with a simple idea: a place that doesn't rush you out. Mornings belong to the coffee — carefully pulled espressos, single-origin pour-overs, and pastries that actually taste like they were made by someone who cares. After six, the menu shifts. The lights drop a fraction. The cocktails get interesting.
